Who doesn’t love cheese? I’ve recently had the pleasure of turning potential trash to edible treasure… One morning upon waking up and reaching for the milk carton I noticed…

“The milk’s gone bad”

Well, since the milk wasn’t terribly spoiled I thought, why waste 2 gallons of milk when I can make CHEESE!?! Though it took me two tries to get it right, it was well worth it, and I think given several additional spices, and much more salt than suggested in the recipe, one can easily make great cheese at home.

Note: I substituted the cheesecloth with coffee filter (cause wtf has cheesecloth’s readily available? The Amish?). I also found it best not to overly stir the milk after adding the lemon juice so not to separate the cheese clumps too much.) ENJOY!
