Diddy You Did it Again

We’ve seen Sean Combs go from Biggie’s boo to J-Lo’s novio, Puff Daddy, P.Diddy, to simply Diddy (or whatever he goes by these days). We’ve heard his ultra sampled tracks and even watched him create terrible bands (one of which features the greatest rapper of all time), but never have we heard him as aweful and pathetic as in his newest single They Don’t Love Me.

He got one thing right, if they didn’t hate him before, they sure as hell wont love him after this.  T- Pain used the talk box but made sure people knew he was joking, and I stand by Kanye West’s crazy ass with his 808’s because the beats still prove he is indeed a musical genius.  But this talk box experiment? I expect no one to stand by this Diddy venture.  Bossip called him a dying cat on this track but not even that does his voice justice.  Not even Ma$e, Lil Kim, Franzworth Bently, and the entire Junior Mafia crew could save him from failure on this plague that is to be released this summer.  This song alone could keep the North East blizzards coming in through May. Ice cold.

Side note: I must admit, I was driving my friends car and he had a cd with Welcome to Atlanta remix on it, and I got a little amp when Father Puff’s verse came on. He was kind of nice on that track, but only relatively to the other rappers on that track such as dumb St.Lunatic and Lazy eyed Jermaine Dupri.

“Thought I told you that we won’t stop”, Every one of his new tracks I hear makes me wish he never said that.
